Leave line two empty and line one is engraved on its own, centred in the middle of the space and larger. Use both and they are cut at one shared size, chosen so the longer of the two fits — which is why a long name makes both lines smaller. If your text is too long to cut clearly we say so on the page before you order, rather than after.

Accents and symbols are fine to type. If a character is not one this font can cut, we will email you before we start rather than guess at it.

Once you order, that goes straight to our workshop as a production file, at the exact size and position it will be cut.

Standard orders ship within 2 to 5 business days from Denton, Texas.

Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days in original condition.

Because a personalized piece is cut with your names on it, it cannot be resold to anyone else, so personalized orders are final sale. That does not cover our mistakes: if your piece arrives damaged, or the engraving is not the text you typed, we will put it right.
